Join the Coolest in Coffee
Red Bay Coffee seeks to create unity by hiring people of all backgrounds, striving to be diverse and inclusive of those who have traditionally been left out of the specialty coffee industry, especially people of color, the formerly incarcerated, women, and people with disabilities.
Cafes
Our cafes bring beautiful coffee and delicious food directly into the hands of the community. While working at our cafes, you will bring our values of providing genuine hospitality to every customer who walks through our doors. Roasting beautiful high-quality coffee is our specialty. Our production team is responsible for bringing flavorful and fresh coffee and quality roasting standards directly to our cafes and ultimately into your homes from our Roastery in Oakland, CA.

B Corp
Since Red Bay Coffee was founded in 2014, we’ve had a firm commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The B Corp certifies that we uphold our values by:
- Paying a premium to our coffee producers - we pay more than double the market price
- Responsibly sourcing our coffee through direct and/or fair trade and working with women-owned cooperatives
- Creating sustainable practices with our farm partners
- Hiring people who have traditionally been left out of the specialty coffee industry, especially people of color, the formerly incarcerated, women, and people with disabilities
- Donating coffee and venue space to schools and nonprofits
Red Bay Coffee is at the forefront of what we believe is the fourth wave of coffee, with a firm commitment to ensure coffee production is high quality and sustainable and a vehicle for diversity, inclusion, social and economic restoration, entrepreneurship, and environmental sustainability.
