Coffee Story

Yirgacheffe, located in Ethiopia's Southern Sidamo region, is renowned for its heirloom landrace coffee varieties, prized for exceptional cup quality and unique flavors. Grown on small farms under 5 hectares using traditional, chemical-free farming methods, these coffees benefit from fertile soil and diverse cropping.

Handpicked cherries are meticulously sorted and sun-dried on raised beds, with traceability ensured at every step. This careful process, taking 16 to 21 days, preserves the region's legacy of producing consistently high-quality coffee.
